Telford & Wrekin Carers Centre is funded by Telford and Wrekin Council and Telford and Wrekin Clinical Commissioning Group. It is a CVS community managed project. The Centre houses a combined all age Adult and Young Carers Service.
About Our Service
We provide free information, advice and support to unpaid family carers of all ages across Telford and Wrekin.
If you look after a relative, friend or neighbour who couldn’t manage without your help, you are a carer and we're here for you.
