Room Hire & Catering
All of our rooms are available to hire for meetings, events and workshops. Optional catering, including drinks, snacks and buffets, is available for an additional charge through our Sunflower Community Café. We can provide flipcharts and pens, hearing loops, projectors and screens, and TV screens as required. Use of a kitchen is available on request. Concessionary rates are available for charities, and all income raised from room bookings directly supports the running of Telford and Wrekin CVS services.
Family Zone

The Family Zone is our largest and most flexible space, ideal for larger meetings, events, training sessions or workshops. With room for up to 50 people, it can be arranged to suit a variety of layouts and supported by presentation equipment where needed.

The Wrekin Room is well suited to team meetings, training sessions and group discussions. Seating up to 15 people, it offers a comfortable, professional environment with access to presentation and accessibility equipment.

The Ercall Room provides a welcoming and practical space for meetings or small workshops. Accommodating up to 15 people, it is ideal for focused sessions and can be equipped to meet your presentation and accessibility needs.
