Quality Awards
We have held Volunteer Centre Quality Accreditation from NCVO for many years, our current certification achieved in 2017.
Our work with volunteers in our Telford Young Carers project was formally recognised in 2016 by The Queens Award for Voluntary Service. The award is the highest accolade given to a voluntary group.
Our Carers Centre Befriending scheme achieved Approved Provider Status with NCVO for the second time in July 2017.
