About Our Service
The Sunflower - Brookside Community Café is based in the heart of Brookside Community Centre. The community café offers both preventative and responsive support to individuals, to enable them and their families to live well and safely in their community. Individuals are able to develop their independence skills and receive information, advice, and support about daily living. The project is a brand-new initiative for Telford and Wrekin CVS. .

I go to the cafe regularly always friendly with good food. I also went to the Madeley SOCIAL at Jubilee House which had a buffet supplied by the cafe which was really good
