Pulling out all of the Stops: Tools for Volunteer Management
A series of three stand alone modules; which together present a comprehensive learning experience for all areas of volunteer management. The modules are aimed at Volunteer Managers, Trustees and volunteers whose role it is to support, supervise or manage other volunteers.
All three modules use scenarios to illustrate how a well thought out volunteer programme is crucial to recruiting and retaining volunteers. Each module will take around 30 minutes and will present users with a series of quizzes which will test their learning. The modules include:
1. Developing A Volunteer Programme
2. Recruiting and Selecting Volunteers
3. Retaining your Volunteers
Following completion of the modules we would be very interested to hear your views on your learning experience and how we can improve. Please contact:
